Following a rewarding career spanning operational and learning and development roles in the financial services sector, Neill has worked as a consultant, facilitator and coach in the fields of leadership and personal development since 2002.

Neill is a highly skilled facilitator and trainer, with a passion for learning that creates real change, a belief that feedback is the bedrock of self-awareness and an excellent reputation for encouraging people to think, behave and perform more effectively.

He is a CIPD member and has qualifications in coaching, psychological and development. He is a Northern lad with a good sense of humour!
