Jane has 25 years’ + experience of partnering leaders & teams who want to change the way they and their organisation works.  She helps them examine current practice in leadership & management and find practical ways of taking the next step in personal & organisational growth, to increase customer & colleague engagement, build more effective teams, and fulfil potential. She is an excellent guide for the human journey through change.

Jane provides Executive Coaching; Leadership Development; Culture Development & Change Facilitation.  She had a strong direct business management background before going into consultancy, and she has an MSc in Change Agent Skills & Strategies from the University of Surrey.  She is a member of ICF.

Her experience spans work in the UK and internationally, including The Royal London Group, AIB, Everything Everywhere, Britannia Building Society, AXA, Transocean & BWD.
