Helen is founder and Director of Clarity. Her business management background means she’s been at the rock face as well as consulting and leadership development.  She has partnered many clients to deliver brilliant teams, outstanding customer service as well as coached hundreds of leaders to achieve their aims.

Helen is passionate about helping create work environments for people to flourish as well as achieve commercial outcomes!  She is fascinated in how the worlds of neuroscience, emotional intelligence and psychology are interfacing, providing more tangible science behind what it takes for people, teams and organisation to truly thrive and deliver outstanding results.

Training: Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence, Applied Positive Psychology. EMMC Member, Accredited Executive Coach, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Emotional Intelligence (ESCI) Practitioner,  (Master NLP Practitioner (MNLP), Psychology for Executive Coaches, Facilitation and Client Centred Consulting. Studying for Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology (due 2017).
