Elaina is a brilliant facilitator and a change manager with over 20 years consultancy experience and 15 in coaching.  She is known for designing, implementing and embedding high impact, development journeys for leaders, coaches and businesses.

Elaina is an experienced project manager with specialist expertise in learning and development, creative communications, building effective relationships and transformational shifts for service teams, enabling intuitive customer interactions.

Elaina has very high standards, and produces outstanding design materials and training interventions for clients.  She is passionate about transformational change and inspiring hearts and minds.  She always looks for the deepest, best way to achieve the desired outcomes and long term results. Her work is infused with humanistic principles that encourage mutual respect, trust and personal responsibility.

Over the last 20 years she has worked with many leading brands including Barclays Bank, BBC, British Gas, Brittania Building Society, Aer Lingus, Capita Group, British Gas, BBC, Travelsphere, the NHS and The Royal Mail. 
Her accreditations include Organisational Transactional Analysis, Accredited Coach (Association of Coaching), Certificate in the Psychology of Management and Qualified Strengths Deployment Inventory Facilitator.
